Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your AllDoneJobs account and personal data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — From inside the app. Open AllDoneJobs → Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps.

Option 2 — By email. If you no longer have the app installed, or prefer to request by email, send a message to alldonejobs@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account". Please include the phone number or name on your account so we can locate it.

We will process your request and confirm once it is complete, normally within a few business days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize your personal data, including:

• Your name, email address, and profile photo
• Your bio and profile details
• Your phone/WhatsApp number
• Your login credentials

What may be retained

Some information may be retained even after deletion, where required for legal, safety, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention reasons, or because it forms part of another user's transaction history. For example:

• Records of jobs, offers, or reviews that involved other users, where removing them entirely would affect another user's own transaction history
• Reports submitted about your account, or reports you submitted about others, kept for moderation and safety records
• Information we are legally required to keep

Any retained information is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes and is not used for any other purpose.
