In short: AllDoneJobs is a local marketplace that connects people who need small jobs done with people nearby who can do them. We collect only what we need to run the service, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete your account at any time. This page explains exactly what we collect and why.
Who we are
AllDoneJobs ("AllDoneJobs", "we", "us", or "the app") is a local-errands and services marketplace operated as an individual service by its owner, based in Pakistan. AllDoneJobs connects buyers (people who post jobs) and sellers (people who offer to do those jobs). Payment for jobs happens directly between users using whatever method they agree on — AllDoneJobs does not handle or process any money.

Information we collect
Information you give us
Account details: your name, email address, and password (your password is stored securely by our authentication provider and is never visible to us).
Profile information: an optional profile photo, a short bio/description you choose to write, and your city and area within the city.
Job and offer details: the jobs you post (title, description, budget, area, timing), the offers you send or receive, and messages or notes attached to them.
Phone number / WhatsApp: if you choose to provide it, so that the other party in a job can contact you to coordinate. You control whether to share this.
Communications with us: if you email us for support, we keep that correspondence to help you.
Information collected automatically
Usage and device information: basic technical information needed to run the app (such as your general device/browser type) and the actions you take in the app (posting, offering, confirming jobs) so the service works correctly.
Notification token: if you allow notifications, a push token is stored by our notification provider so we can send you alerts about your jobs and offers.
What we do NOT collect
We do not collect your precise GPS location. You select a city and area manually; we do not track your live location.
We do not collect or store payment card or bank details. Payments happen directly between users using whatever method they agree on (such as cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer), and AllDoneJobs never handles the money.
How we use your information
To create and manage your account and profile.
To show your jobs to nearby sellers, and to show relevant jobs to sellers looking for work.
To let buyers and sellers find, evaluate, and contact each other to complete a job.
To display ratings, reviews, and reputation so users can build and judge trust.
To send you notifications about offers, hires, and job updates (only if you allow notifications).
To keep the service safe — investigating reports, preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing our Terms.
To respond to your support requests.
What other users can see
AllDoneJobs is a marketplace, so some information is shown publicly to other users so they can decide whether to work with you:
Your name, profile photo (if you add one), bio, and the city/area you operate in.
Your ratings, number of completed jobs, and reviews left by others.
Jobs you post (visible to sellers) and offers you make (visible to the buyer).
Your email address, password, and private statistics (such as your total earnings or spending) are never shown to other users. Your phone/WhatsApp number is only shared with the other party once you are working together on a job, or when you choose to share it.
Society Services
Some users are also part of "Society Services" — an optional feature for residents of a housing society whose management has enabled it on AllDoneJobs. If you use this feature, we collect and process some additional information:
Society membership: whether you are a resident, staff member, co-admin, or main admin of a specific society, and your house/apartment number if you provide it.
Society requests: the content of any security, maintenance, or utility request you submit to your society's management (for example, a description of a water or electricity issue).
Bill records: if your society's management posts a bill alert, whether you have marked it as paid. This is a self-reported reminder tool only — AllDoneJobs does not process, verify, or collect any actual payment.
Who can see this information:
Your own society requests and bill status are visible only to you and to your society's Main Admins, Co-Admins, and Staff — never to other residents.
Certain request categories (such as water, electricity, gas, streetlight, or garbage issues) may show an aggregate count of how many residents reported a similar issue, without revealing who else reported it.
Society Main Admins and Co-Admins can see a summary of resident activity for accountability purposes, including outstanding bill amounts and request history, but never your private notes or unrelated personal information.
Society membership is determined by your society's own management, not verified independently by AllDoneJobs. We are not responsible for decisions made by a society's admin about who is approved as a resident, staff, or admin.
Bill Alerts are a reminder-and-tracking tool only. AllDoneJobs never collects, holds, or processes any payment through this feature. "Marking a bill as paid" is a self-reported checkbox for your own and your society's tracking — it is not a real transaction and does not constitute proof of payment for any legal purpose.
How your information is stored and protected
Your data is stored using trusted third-party service providers who host our database, file storage, and notifications on our behalf. These providers process data only to provide their service to us and are bound by their own security and privacy obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share information only:
With other users, as described in "What other users can see" above.
With our service providers (hosting, database, storage, and notification providers) strictly so they can help us run the app.
When required by law, such as a valid legal request from authorities, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or the public.
Your choices and rights
Edit your information: you can update your name, photo, bio, and area at any time in the app.
Notifications: you can turn notifications on or off through your device settings at any time.
Delete your account: you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing alldonejobs@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons, or where they are part of another user's transaction history.
Children
AllDoneJobs is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data, except where we must keep certain records for legal, safety, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of AllDoneJobs after changes means you accept the updated policy.
