In short: AllDoneJobs is a noticeboard that connects people who need small jobs done with people nearby who can do them. We are not a party to the work or the payment. You deal with each other directly, pay each other directly, and are responsible for your own safety and conduct. Please read these Terms — by using AllDoneJobs you agree to them.

1. About AllDoneJobs

AllDoneJobs ("AllDoneJobs", "we", "us") is a platform that lets users post local jobs ("buyers") and lets other users offer to do those jobs ("sellers"). We simply connect people. We are not an employer, agency, contractor, or party to any agreement, job, or payment between users. Any job, price, arrangement, and payment is strictly between the buyer and the seller.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AllDoneJobs.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password safe.

3. How AllDoneJobs works

A buyer posts a job with a description, area, and budget.
Sellers nearby send offers. The buyer chooses who to hire.
The two parties coordinate directly (for example, by phone or WhatsApp) and agree on the details.
The job is done in person, and the buyer pays the seller directly, using whatever method they agree on (such as cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer). For safety, we recommend paying when the job is complete.
Both parties confirm the job is complete, which builds each user's reputation through ratings and reviews.

AllDoneJobs does not collect, hold, process, or guarantee any payment. We do not take commission at this time. If this changes in the future, we will notify users in advance.

4. Payments are directly between users

All payments happen directly between the buyer and the seller, using whatever method they agree on — for example cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer. AllDoneJobs never touches, holds, processes, or guarantees the money and has no role in it. We do not guarantee that a buyer will pay, that a seller will be paid the right amount, or that any payment will happen at all. Any payment dispute is strictly between the users involved. For your safety, we recommend agreeing clearly on the amount and method in advance, and paying when the job is complete.

5. Your responsibilities

When using AllDoneJobs, you agree that you will:

Provide honest, accurate information in your profile, jobs, and offers.
Only post real, lawful jobs and only offer services you are genuinely able and legally allowed to provide.
Treat other users with respect and act honestly and in good faith.
Comply with all applicable laws of Pakistan in everything you do through the app.
Take responsibility for agreeing on the work, the price, the timing, and the payment with the other party.

6. Things you must not do

You agree that you will NOT:

Post anything illegal, fraudulent, dangerous, sexual, hateful, harassing, or that involves illegal goods or services.
Impersonate another person, use a fake identity, or post a fake or misleading profile photo.
Use AllDoneJobs to scam, deceive, threaten, harass, or harm anyone.
Try to break, hack, overload, or interfere with the app or its security.
Collect or misuse other users' personal information.
Use the platform for anything other than its intended purpose of connecting people for local jobs.

7. Safety — please read carefully

AllDoneJobs involves meeting people you may not know and exchanging payment in person. Your safety is your own responsibility. We strongly encourage you to:

Meet in a public place during daytime where possible.
Tell a family member or friend where you are going.
Check that the work is done properly before you pay.
Pay when the job is complete — be very careful about paying any money in advance.
Count the money before handing it over.
Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, walk away.

AllDoneJobs does not perform background checks on users and cannot verify the identity, honesty, skills, or intentions of any user. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or in person.

8. Ratings, reviews, and reputation

After a job, users may rate and review each other. Reviews must be honest and based on real experience. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or violate these Terms. Reputation scores are provided to help users make decisions but are not a guarantee of any user's reliability.

9. Reporting and moderation

If a user behaves badly, posts inappropriate content, or breaks these Terms, you can report or block them in the app. We may review reports and, at our discretion, remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or remove accounts. We are not obligated to monitor all content but will act on reports where we reasonably can.

10. No guarantee of service

We provide AllDoneJobs "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted, that jobs will be filled, that offers will be made, or that any job or payment will be completed. We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the service at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

AllDoneJobs is only a platform that connects users. We are not responsible or liable for the actions, conduct, work quality, honesty, payments, injuries, losses, damages, theft, fraud, or disputes arising between users, whether online or during in-person meetings.
You use AllDoneJobs, and you meet and deal with other users, entirely at your own risk.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or your dealings with other users.

12. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for your own actions on the platform. If your conduct or your dealings with another user lead to a claim, dispute, loss, or legal action, that is your responsibility and not AllDoneJobs', to the extent allowed by law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove your account at any time if you break these Terms, harm other users, or misuse the app. You may stop using AllDoneJobs and request account deletion at any time by emailing us.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. By continuing to use AllDoneJobs after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute relating to AllDoneJobs or these Terms shall be subject to the courts of Pakistan.
